I lost my connection yesterday morning. The tech came out today. Somehow my line got disconnected at the pole about 20+ above ground. Unfortunately they gave me the option of going down to exchange my modem yesterday to see if that would fix it and the one they gave me was lamer than my old one so although I am back in business I have a big ugly modem now compared to the nice small cool looking one I had before.
