Just ordered the HX 850s from Boatersworld for $174.99 no tax, no shipping.

See it probably for less somewhere tomorrow but it is all about the real stimulus..... nothing happens till something is sold!

FEDEX, Pirate, will deliver the new radio tomorrow! Maybe I practice couple Mayday calls while sitting in the pool, let's see if they find me with all that new technology.

Just curious what you guys use at your "Radio call sign" and "Vessel name" when registering for the MMSI#.

I don't remember it even asking for that when I did mine but I did it about six years ago so maybe it has changed. Are those required fields or can you just leave them blank?
